Compliance Vine Live sits between Commerce7 orders and fulfillment. When a customer places an order, it evaluates six DTC wine compliance checks: state legality, license validity, age verification, volume limits, carrier coverage, and dry-county shipping. Non-compliant orders are "Blocked" so you decide whether to approve or reject. Every decision generates an HMAC-signed evidence packet retained for seven years, satisfying TTB and state regulatory audit requirements
